Effective and upgradeable protection
Free upgrades of OKIOK software are provided during the contracted period through our maintenance and technical support programs. Upgrades for software that are not covered by these programs can be bought at the full purchase price.

The maintenance program for specific software extends for one year following the release of a new version of this software. Access to specialized resources for solving problems related to installation is included in our programs. To ensure effective and timely service, you are assigned a personal client code.

Adapted to your needs
OKIOK’s maintenance and technical support programs are adapted to your needs and are offered according to three main options:

Basic program
Telephone or e-mail support from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST), Monday to Friday
All applicable versions of a software program provided free of charge during the contracted period.

Extended program
Service provided 24/7
Preferred telephone service.

On-site service
On-site service is provided to organizations that require a high level of service and systems availability
A specialist is assigned as soon as possible (usually within two days, anywhere in the world)
Service is billed at a fixed rate per day, plus travel and living expenses.
