S-Filer Portal™ is a complete, on premise solution that allows large and small organizations to meet a wide range of secure file transfer, storage and sharing business requirements. It includes the functionality typically found in much more expensive Managed Secure File Transfer (MFT) and Entreprise File Sharing and Synchronization (EFSS) solutions.

Unlike file sharing solutions designed for personal use, S-Filer Portal has been designed right from the start for enterprise use, resulting in better manageability and security.

SECURE FILE TRANSFER AND STORAGE

All files are stored encrypted in secure virtual vaults using AES 256 encryption and transferred securely using SSL/TLS and optional end to end encryption.

Tight integration with Active Directory and LDAP provides internal users with Single Sign-On capability while external users are managed and authenticated in separate authentication domains.

BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION

S-Filer Portal can integrate tightly with your business processes through user customizable extensions to trigger arbitrary, event based processing of received or transferred files. Standard extensions are provided for ICAP based anti-virus scanning and launching user defined Groovy scripts.

Deep content inspection provided through S-Filer extensions, allow for implementing corporate data management policies for protecting Intellectual Property, preventing malware and implementing Data Loss Protection (DLP) through your favorite industry standard tools.

EASY FILE SHARING

Users can quickly and easily share files with anyone, by simply setting up secure, private spaces and inviting business partners by entering their email addresses. Users are in full control of the sharing spaces that they create, while subject to the security policies setup by the site administrator.

S-Filer provides a secure alternative to free, public cloud based file sharing solutions.

FILE SYNCHRONIZATION

The included S-Filer Sanctum™ for Windows client automatically synchronizes files between directories on user’s Windows desktops and S-Filer Portal shares and selected communities.

Your teams become more productive through effective collaboration enabled by having instant access to the latest versions of shared documents, managed and stored securely on S-Filer.
