McAfee antivirus integration

McAfee offers an ICAP server that can be used to scan files for viruses.

Configuration

The following table indicates values to use when configuring the McAfee antivirus integration. For the general definition of the parameters, refer to the ICAP integration page.

McAfee supports both REQMOD and RESPMOD. OKIOK recommends using RESPMOD unless advised otherwise by McAfee.

RESPMOD

Hostname	The IP address or hostname of the c-icap server
Port	The port on which to connect (default: 1344)
