Pre-startup tasks

• For custom workflow files (*.bpmn) that are not maintained by OKIOK:
  • Remove all usage of the method BusinessProcessManagementFlowImpl::updateWorkflow(Identification)
  • Replace all instances of BusinessProcessManagementFlowImpl::LOGGER with BusinessProcessManagementFlowImpl::getLogger()

Post-startup tasks

• For all logical assets that require logical provisioning:
  • Set the provisioning type to Logical
