Today we launch the new okiok.com. We rebuilt it from the ground up around one question: what does a client need to find, and how quickly can we get them there?
OKIOK has worked in cybersecurity since the early 1980s. The new site shows that work the way our clients experience it: clearly, precisely and in both of Canada’s official languages.
Everything in its place
- Solutions. RAC/M Identity and S-Filer Portal each have their capabilities, technical details, FAQ and latest release on their own pages.
- Services. Penetration testing, incident response, managed detection and response, digital forensics, governance and consulting each have a page of their own. On the penetration testing page, you build and send your own test scope.
- Industries. A page for each sector we serve, from finance and energy to defence and aerospace.
- Resources. Success stories, white papers and datasheets, gathered in one place.
- News. Every release note and our team’s writing on a single page.
A layout built around client outcomes
Each page opens on what a client gets. The design system favours whitespace, hairline rules and lists over cards. Copy is short by rule: two short paragraphs per section at most.
Every page reads as well on a phone as on a desktop. Every page ships in English and French, each written in its own voice.
Help, one click away
On a desktop, the 24/7 incident emergency line sits at the top of every page. The new Sign in button takes clients straight to product support and secure document exchange.
Under the hood
Curious how it is built? Read Under the hood of the new OKIOK website for the static architecture, the security headers and the infrastructure as code behind it.
Easter egg
Most of our posts open on a fractal drawn just for them. Follow the link under one to explore it, or start from Éric’s favourite.
Take a look around. We would love to hear what you think.
