Corrections
- In an access review campaign, if an account without any groups was rejected, the account would not be deactivated. This has been fixed and the account will now be deactivated. #4138
- In an identity based access review campaign, if an identity was revoked and the confirmation to automatically revoke all their accesses was clicked, the identity would not be terminated, only the accesses in the campaign would be revoked. This has been fixed and the identity will now be terminated along with all their accesses. #4139
