Upgrading to S-Filer Portal 4.21.0

This document describes the required steps to upgrade to S-Filer Portal 4.21.0.

Database upgrade

S-Filer Portal 4.21.0 adds an index to the CreationDate column of the AuditTransfer and AuditFileInfo tables to reduce the activity report generation time. The indexes are created when the database is upgraded. Depending on the size of the AuditTransfer and AuditFileInfo tables, the database upgrade may take a long time. If you upgrade the database during a maintenance window, plan for the time required accordingly.
