OKIOK ANNOUNCES THE AVAILABILITY OF S-FILER/PORTAL V4.20.12

S-Filer Portal™ is a complete solution that allows large and small organizations to meet all their enterprise needs for secure file transfer and storage.
Okiok publishes version 4.20.12 of S-Filer/Portal™ secure transfer solution.
This version includes stability and reliability fixes, in addition to updating the solution’s libraries.
Fixes
- Improvement to file upload stability: fixed an issue where uploads could intermittently fail with a connection error due to server thread handling, even when no actual error occurred during the transfer.
- Fixed an issue where the navigation tree on the left did not correctly highlight the default community folder after logging in.
- Fixed the displayed label to correctly reflect the maximum allowed limit of 3,000 characters.
- Improved file cleanup performance: significantly improved the performance of the automated file cleanup process for large-scale deployments with a high volume of files.
- Optimization of user session cleanup: The user session cleanup process now runs in smaller batches, avoiding timeouts and database errors in environments with a very large number of expired sessions.
- Creation of database indexes during upgrades now uses online indexing (where supported), reducing table lock duration and minimizing disruption during upgrades on Oracle and SQL Server.
- Improvement to the email address separator: in anonymous file transfers, email addresses can now be separated by spaces as well as semicolons, making it easier to paste addresses from other sources.
- Improvement to the file re-encryption process: improved the re-encryption process to better handle special cases involving files shared with multiple recipients during storage migration scenarios.
- Security fix of two critical vulnerabilities discovered in an internal OKIOK penetration test of the solution.
Known Issues
There are currently no known issues with this version.
